Welcome to Fluffletale Rabbitry, where every bunny is part of a fairytale! Our Terms of Sale are designed to ensure the well-being of our rabbits and the satisfaction of our adoptive families. By reserving or purchasing a bunny from us, you agree to the following policies:
1. Commitment to Care
We really, really care about the health and safety of our beloved bunnies and therefore are dedicated to raising healthy, well-socialized Holland Lop rabbits. Our bunnies are handled daily and receive the utmost care to prepare them for their forever homes.
2. Reservations & Payments
Reservation Process: Bunnies are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve a bunny, full payment is required. Be sure you are confident in which bunny you want as you cannot switch reservations to a different bunny one your reservation is made.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via PayPal, Venmo, Cash
Non-Refundable: All payments are non-refundable unless an unforeseen circumstance arises while the bunny is under our care.
3. Pickup
Pickup: Bunnies must be picked up on the agreed-upon date. Failure to do so may result in the bunny being offered to another family without a refund.
4. Health Guarantee
Health Status: All bunnies are healthy to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale. Once they leave our care, we are not held liable for any physical harm, ailments, accidents or genetic issues of any sort.
If you welcome a Fluffletale bunny into your home and later discover a genetic concern, we kindly ask that you let us know—this helps us continue to improve and make thoughtful decisions in our breeding program. While we do our very best to accurately identify genders based on experience, we are unable to guarantee gender with absolute certainty.
Fluffletale Health Guarantee (Optional Add-On)
For families who would like added peace of mind, we offer an optional health guarantee that can be purchased at the time of your bunny's reservation. This guarantee is available for $50 and remains valid for 180 days from the bunny's birth date.
In the rare event that your bunny passes away due to a proven genetic condition, we will provide a refund for the purchase price of the bunny. To qualify, the condition must be diagnosed and documented by a licensed exotic veterinarian (not a standard small animal vet).
To honor the guarantee, we require:

A letter from the exotic veterinarian on official clinic letterhead

A clear statement that the cause of death was genetic in nature

The letter to be emailed directly to us from the vet's office

We will also follow up with the clinic to verify the report directly with the veterinarian

This policy helps us continue to prioritize health and transparency in our lines while supporting our bunny families during the most difficult times.
5. Pedigrees
Pedigrees are available upon request for an additional fee. Please indicate your interest at the time of reservation.
6. Home Requirements
Housing Approval: Ensure that your housing situation allows for pet rabbits. No refunds will be given due to housing restrictions or allergies.
Companion Animals: If you plan to introduce your bunny to other pets, please do so responsibly and gradually.
7. Returns & Rehoming
If you are unable to care for your bunny, we will gladly accept its return. No refunds will be issued, and transportation costs are the responsibility of the owner.
8. Visitation Policy
To maintain a safe and stress-free environment for our rabbits, we do not offer public tours. Pickup appointments are conducted in a designated area to ensure the comfort of our bunnies.
9. Ongoing Support
We offer lifetime support for all Fluffletale bunny families. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding your bunny's care.
By proceeding with a reservation or purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Sale. Our goal is to ensure a joyful and lasting bond between you and your Fluffletale bunny.
